General Rental Info:
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday: 8:30-4:00 Saturday: 8:30 to 1:00 Closed Sunday. Returns after Hours are not Permitted!

Insurance and Drivers License:
CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE A CURRENT INSURANCE CARD FOR THE VEHICLE PULLING THE TRAILER. Towing vehicle registration and insurance card must be in the same name as the person signing the rental agreement and we will retain a copy of both along with a current DRIVERS LICENSE. Customer must be 25 years or older to rent. Insurance must extend back from the Tow Vehicle for Liability.
Towing Vehicle:
Towing vehicle must be proper ball size, have the proper hitch setup, and light plug, and must be working correctly before leaving the yard.If the trailer being rented had electric brakes, the tow vehicle must have a working brake controller, and also, Drawbars, Straps, Hitch Pins, and other items that may be needed for rental are available for purchase along with brake controller and hitch installation. Read and review Trailer loading and towing guide for your safety.
Security Deposit:
A security charge of $500 will be due at the time of rental. You can use cash, or charge this amount to a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). We will credit your card when unit is returned and checked in when rental is over and there is no damage. ANY damages from renter will be deducted from security deposit. Any damages over the $500 deposit, will be added to your credit card. A $25 NON REFUNDABLE reservation deposit on all rentals, which will credit towards your rental fees.
Cleaning Charges:
Units must return empty and clean. Inside and out. If they are not when returned, you will be charged a minimum clean out fee of $25 and this too will be deducted from your security deposit.
Accidents:
Call Police first, then notify your insurance provider, then call us during business hours.
Theft:
Call Police first, then call us.
